God has called me to serve the Cadets at the United States Coast Guard Academy (USCGA) in New London, CT. You'll typically find me somewhere around base meeting and/or praying with cadets, praying in either of the chapels, or walking with cadets to class. I also venture to different sports practices, enjoy hanging out with cadets on the weekends, and host Bible study every week for the upper class men!
As a missionary, my greatest desire is to lead all students to Christ. What that looks like can vary, but I know God has placed me here for a reason, so I hope to use my experiences, both good and bad, to impact the lives of cadets here. God made us all for relationship, as He showed by sending His only Son to die on the cross for us. Not only did He make it personal by taking on humanity, but He had personal relationships with His disciples, especially investing in Peter, James, and John. In order to fulfill that mission He calls us to, I hope to invest my personal time into the cadets at USCGA by building relationships with them and teaching them how to have a relationship with God, as well as teaching them how to do the same.
